08 Data Retention — How Long We Keep Your Information

10 Children's Privacy & the 18+ Rule

pkr47 is strictly an 18+ platform. pkr47 does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If pkr47 discovers that a person under 18 has registered an account — whether through misrepresentation or any other means — that account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted (other than records of the violation itself), and all funds and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited.

11 Marketing Communications

pkr47 does not share your contact details with third parties for the purpose of those third parties sending you their own marketing. Any promotional communication you receive that claims to be from pkr47 but does not come from an @pkr47.ws email address should be reported to support@pkr47.ws as a potential phishing attempt.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

pkr47 reviews this Privacy Policy regularly and may update it to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes in applicable law, or improvements to our data protection practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.

For material changes — those that meaningfully affect how your data is used or your rights in relation to it — pkr47 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via your registered email address or a notification displayed upon login.
