01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

pkr47 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Pakistan. The platform offers cricket and sports betting, casino games including Teen Patti, Jackpot Slots, and Aviator, as well as multiplayer Ludo games — all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms and Conditions, together with the pkr47 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete agreement between pkr47 and every registered player.

When you create an account on pkr47, you acknowledge that you have read these terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If there is anything in these terms that you do not understand, please contact pkr47 support before registering. Our team is available 24/7 and can explain any clause in Urdu or English.

pkr47 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You will be notified of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play on pkr47, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pkr47 is strictly an 18+ platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person — pkr47 accounts cannot be registered by companies, trusts, or any other non-individual legal entity.
• You must not already hold an active pkr47 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkr47 at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when depositing funds or placing bets. All account activity must represent your own genuine decisions.

pkr47 conducts age and identity verification as part of the account opening process and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Verification may require submission of a valid Pakistani national identity document (CNIC or NICOP), proof of address, or proof of the payment method being used. Failure to complete verification to pkr47's satisfaction will result in account suspension and any pending withdrawals being held until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one pkr47 account. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on pkr47, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. pkr47 is not liable for account issues that result from outdated or incorrect registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr47 account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your pkr47 account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkr47 support immediately.

pkr47 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any account that does not comply with these terms or that is associated with fraudulent activity.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on pkr47 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. pkr47 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

pkr47 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for review. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

pkr47 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All deposits must be made through the approved digital payment methods listed above.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pkr47 account must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds. Where a player has used multiple payment methods, withdrawals will be directed to the method used for the largest cumulative deposit amount.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pkr47 is Rs 500. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

pkr47 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Required documents typically include a clear photograph of your CNIC and a screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal payment account.

pkr47 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms. In such cases, pkr47 will inform the player and aim to resolve the matter within 72 hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pkr47 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between general terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Unless a bonus offer explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all pkr47 promotions:

• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified for each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on pkr47 is 20× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• pkr47 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or placing low-risk bets specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements.

VIP Club cashback bonuses on pkr47 are subject to reduced wagering requirements as set out in the VIP Club terms. Cashback at Gold and Platinum tier carries no wagering requirement unless the VIP Club terms specify otherwise.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pkr47 are final once confirmed. pkr47 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where pkr47 determines that a manifest technical error has occurred in the display of odds, game outcomes, or market availability.

The minimum bet amount on pkr47 is Rs 100 per selection unless a specific game or market states otherwise. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type and are displayed in the relevant game or market interface before you confirm your bet.

Sports Betting Rules: pkr47 follows standard industry settlement rules for cricket and football markets. For cricket, the ICC's official match result is used for settlement. If a match is abandoned with no official result, all match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. For in-play markets that have already been resolved prior to abandonment, those results stand. For football, 90-minute regular time plus injury time is used for settlement unless the market explicitly states otherwise.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games on pkr47 use a certified random number generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is published in the game information panel. pkr47 reserves the right to void game results if a technical fault is identified that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, stakes are returned to player accounts.

Ludo Games: All dice rolls in pkr47 Ludo are generated by the same certified RNG used across the platform. The platform fee deducted from Ludo room pots is displayed in the room lobby before you confirm your entry. 08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr47 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potentially referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one pkr47 account under any identity, device, or payment method
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games including Teen Patti or Ludo
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or the pkr47 administrative system without authorisation
• Making deposits or withdrawals through payment accounts that do not belong to you
• Systematically placing bets designed to abuse bonuses or guaranteed promotions with no genuine play intent
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are available on pkr47

09 Responsible Gaming

pkr47 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a financial strategy or a response to stress, emotional difficulty, or financial pressure. If gaming is no longer fun for you, please use the responsible gaming tools available on pkr47 before your situation becomes a problem.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkr47 registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your pkr47 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set duration of active play reminding you how long you have been playing.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr47 platform — including but not limited to the pkr47 name and logo, game software, website design, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr47 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr47 platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkr47 content. You may not use the pkr47 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission from pkr47. Unauthorised use of pkr47 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

pkr47 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While pkr47 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, pkr47 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

pkr47's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's pkr47 account at the time the claim arises. pkr47 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or opportunities.

pkr47 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in failed bets, disconnections during live games, or inability to access the platform. pkr47 is also not liable for losses resulting from the player's own actions, including providing incorrect payment details for withdrawals.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

pkr47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months
• Player self-exclusion request
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction

If your account is closed due to a violation of these terms, pkr47 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the violation is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited. If closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (such as account inactivity), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's last-used payment method after deducting any applicable dormancy fees specified at the time.

Players may voluntarily close their pkr47 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money balances are returned to the verified payment method within standard withdrawal processing times.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

pkr47 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pkr47, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr47 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions

pkr47 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect players' rights or obligations in a significant way — pkr47 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Notice will be given via the registered email address and/or a notification displayed upon login to the pkr47 platform.

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using pkr47 and may request account closure before the new terms take effect, at which point your real-money balance will be returned to you. Continued use of pkr47 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect new payment methods — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

15 Contact, Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a formal complaint, submit it in writing to support@pkr47.ws with the subject line "Formal Complaint" along with your registered mobile number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. pkr47 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 72 hours of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with pkr47's resolution of your complaint, you may pursue further resolution through appropriate channels available to you as a consumer. pkr47 will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate dispute resolution process.
